Position: Account Manager
Job Summary: To assess clients’ marketing challenges and solve those needs by developing customer-focused campaigns using our integrated assets. You will present advertising and marketing proposals and provide on-going service to clients. Most importantly, the Account Manager meets or exceeds all revenue budgets.

- Hit their goal every month

- Have a detailed plan every day
- Engage in 10 sales appointments per week
- Identify quality sales prospects
- Conduct a Customer Needs Analysis (C.N.A.)
- Develop unique “WOW!” ideas
- Prepare and present customer-focused proposals
- Are comfortable asking for the order $$$
- Evaluate return-on-investment for clients
- Maintain a high level of accountability and credibility
- Always do what they say they will do
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and dependable transportation. Applicants will have previous sales, advertising and/or marketing experience. Other skills include the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Proficiency in computer software.
Varies depending on position, talent and experience.
Entry level salary $25,000 – $35,000 plus bonus and opportunity for commission.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Applicants must be currently enrolled at a college or university, preferably working toward a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
