Federated Interactive is a digital marketing agency that is passionate about bringing the core digital solutions to all of our clients throughout our company.   The Interactive Sales Manager for the Ft. Wayne market will be responsible for coaching radio sales reps with our interactive and digital solutions for Federated Media clients.  This individual will meet with sales reps on a regular basis, and occasionally with clients, through a consultative, needs-based selling approach, to help recommend and coach custom digital solution campaigns.  Federated Interactive’ s pure digital solutions include Branding through Audience/Behavior Targeting, Lead Generation through Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing, Social Engagement through Reputation Management & Social Media Marketing and Responsive Website Design.  Federated Interactive also offers a variety of radio interactive products that fall under our four solutions model. This is the ideal role for a highly motivated individual who possesses both management and marketing skills and enjoys being part of a true digital media company.


•    Educate Radio station GSM’s and sales reps on best digital  and interactive practices
•    Ability to brainstorm with sellers for Digital & Interactive Marketing campaigns
•    Ability to go on 4 legged sales call to aid the sales rep in educating clients on digital solutions.
•    Assist GSM’s/Reps in executing campaigns & tracking results
•    Manage & distribute stations interactive/digital stats
•    Ability to coach sales reps on new digital opportunities through our current interactive & digital solutions
•    Exceed established Interactive & Digital Revenue Goals set for each station
•    Ensure sales reps understand the fulfillment process
•    Help coach & train sales reps on how to do digital reporting on existing digital campaigns.
•    Serve as a Digital marketing expert by providing sales reps with insights through up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends.
•    Ability to train & coach sales reps on ROI through the solutions and problem solve reporting issues
•    Work directly with Campaign Managers when applicable


•    Passion for Digital Marketing
•    Comprehensive knowledge of needs-based selling
•    Proven success in digital marketing both thru selling & coaching
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills-written and verbal
•    Strong team player
•    Assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated
•    Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
•    Familiar with reporting and google analytics a plus
•    SEM/SEO experience a plus
•    Willing to continually train on all digital solutions and also become Google Ad Words Certified
•    Familiar with display ad campaigns thru digital audience targeting or re-targeting.
•    BA/BS from an accredited 4 year college/university preferred or related proven experience in Media/Digital Sales or Management
•    Valid Driver’s License
